Shipping

Free shipping	All orders $65 and over ship free within the contiguous US. No code needed — it applies automatically at checkout.
Standard shipping	$4.99 flat rate on orders under $65. Delivered in 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS.
Processing time	1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12pm MDT on business days typically ship the same day.
Tracking	You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Check it via the link in your confirmation email or directly at USPS.com or UPS.com.
International shipping	We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We're working on expanding to Canada and the UK — sign up for our email list to be notified when international shipping launches.

Our packaging

Every order ships in recycled kraft cardboard, recycled tissue paper, and paper tape — no bubble wrap, no foam peanuts, no plastic of any kind. Gift orders include a kraft gift box and tissue; just add a note at checkout and we'll include it handwritten.

We offset 100% of shipping emissions through verified carbon credits. It's built into our pricing — you never pay extra for it.

Returns

Return window	30 days from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How to start a return	Email hello@heirloomearth.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
Refunds	Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your return. You'll see the credit back on your original payment method within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
Exchanges	We're happy to exchange any item for a different product of equal or lesser value. Just note your preference when you email us to start the process.
Damaged or wrong items	If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately — no need to return the original.
